Job Description

Narayan Kumar Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Project Manager (Civil) to lead and manage large-scale civil construction projects at our Araria, Bihar Site. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project planning, execution, team leadership, budget management, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage civil construction projects from inception to completion.
Ensure timely project execution while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
Monitor project schedules, budgets, and overall progress.
Manage site resources, subcontractors, billing, and project documentation.
Review technical drawings and resolve construction-related issues.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Prepare and present project progress reports to management.

Requirements
Qualification:



B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 15 years in civil construction project management.
Robust leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Proven experience in infrastructure, commercial, industrial, or institutional construction projects.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools is preferred.

Salary

₹60,000 – ₹80,000. per month (based on experience and interview performance)
