Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. The candidate will be responsible for handling product listings, managing online marketplaces, and ensuring smooth day-to-day e-commerce operations for textile products.

Key Responsibilities
Manage product listings across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.).
Upload product details including descriptions, images, pricing, and specifications.
Optimize listings with SEO-friendly content to improve visibility and sales.
Coordinate with the design and photography team for product images and creatives.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock updates across platforms.
Process orders, returns, and customer queries efficiently.
Track and analyze sales performance, campaigns, and customer behavior.




Plan and execute online promotions, discounts, and campaigns.
Coordinate with logistics partners for smooth order fulfillment and delivery.
Maintain reports, dashboards, and MIS for e-commerce performance.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations (textile/fashion preferred).
Hands-on experience with marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, or Shopify.
Basic knowledge of SEO, product listing optimization, and online marketing.
Familiarity with Excel and reporting tools.
Solid communication and coordination skills.
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
Graduate in any discipline (E-commerce/Digital Marketing preferred).
