Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to leads and prospects
Explain our programs and offerings clearly
Handle follow-ups and maintain strong communication with leads
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
Execute plans and instructions provided by founders
Maintain proper reporting of calls and conversions
Take ownership and show leadership qualities in execution

Requirements
Age: Below 28 years
Open to both male & female candidates
Strong communication skills (Malayalam + basic English preferred)
Highly energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented




Prior telecalling/sales experience is a plus (not mandatory)
Ability to work independently from home
