Job Summary

The Housekeeping Associate – Night Shift is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of guest rooms and public areas during the night. The role ensures all housekeeping operations are completed efficiently, preparing the resort for the following day's operations while responding promptly to guest requests.

Key Responsibilities
Clean and maintain assigned guest rooms, corridors, and public areas.
Perform deep cleaning of rooms and common areas as scheduled.
Prepare vacant rooms for early arrivals and next-day check-ins.
Replenish guest amenities, linen, towels, and housekeeping supplies.
Remove garbage and ensure proper waste disposal.
Report maintenance issues, damages, or lost & found items immediately.
Respond promptly to guest requests such as extra towels, toiletries, or bedding.




Ensure housekeeping stores, pantries, and equipment are clean and organized.
Assist with linen inventory and laundry coordination when required.
Follow resort hygiene, safety, and security procedures.
Maintain confidentiality and respect guests' privacy at all times.
Support emergency cleaning requirements and special projects assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements
Minimum Higher Secondary (Plus Two); Hotel Management qualification is an advantage.
Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or resort preferred.
Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
