Key Responsibilities Patient Interaction
Welcome patients and visitors in a skilled, courteous, and empathetic manner.
Handle walk-in, telephone, email, WhatsApp, and online inquiries promptly and efficiently.
Provide accurate information about IVF services, consultations, treatment processes, and appointments.
Assist current patients with registration and documentation.

Appointment & Patient Coordination
Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and manage appointments for consultants and diagnostic services.
Coordinate patient visits with doctors, nurses, embryologists, and laboratory staff.
Send appointment reminders and follow-up communications.
Ensure smooth patient flow and minimize waiting times.

Customer Service
Address patient concerns, complaints, and feedback professionally and escalate issues when necessary.




Maintain a positive patient experience by providing timely support throughout the treatment journey.
Educate patients about clinic policies, required documents, and payment procedures.

Administrative Responsibilities
Maintain accurate patient records and update information in the Hospital Information System (HIS) or CRM.
Coordinate with billing and accounts for consultation fees and payment confirmations.
Prepare daily reports on appointments, inquiries, and patient follow-ups.
Ensure confidentiality of patient information and comply with data privacy regulations.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
