About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and self-motivated Freshers and Interns to join our Field Sales team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in sales while gaining hands-on experience in the rapid-growing EdTech industry. Comprehensive training and mentorship will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through field activities, referrals, and educational outreach.
Meet prospective students and parents to explain our courses and learning solutions.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
Follow up with leads and convert them into enrollments.
Visit schools, colleges, coaching centers, and other educational institutions to create awareness about our programs.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
Represent the company professionally during field visits and promotional events.
Eligibility
Graduate or pursuing final year of graduation (any discipline).
Freshers and interns are encouraged to apply.
Candidates with internship or sales experience will have an added advantage.
Must be willing to travel within the assigned area.
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic negotiation and persuasion skills.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Basic knowledge of MS Office is preferred.
