Role Description The Commercial Property Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangalore Urban, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of commercial properties within the group’s portfolio. This includes managing tenant relationships, coordinating property maintenance and repairs, and ensuring that common areas and facilities are well maintained. The role involves handling lease administration activities, supporting lease negotiations, tracking rental collections, and monitoring compliance with lease terms and local regulations. The Commercial Property Manager will prepare regular reports on occupancy, financial performance, and property status, and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to optimize property value and tenant satisfaction. The individual will also contribute to budgeting, risk management, and improvement initiatives for the commercial assets under management.

Qualifications

Robust property management skills, including day-to-day operations oversight and coordination of maintenance and facilities services.

Experience with lease administration and managing leases, including documentation, compliance tracking,



and maintaining accurate records.

Proficiency in lease negotiations, with the ability to support fair, commercially sound agreements and renewals.

Excellent communication skills for interacting with tenants, vendors, and internal stakeholders, and for resolving issues effectively.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or a related field; relevant certifications in property or facilities management are an advantage.

Knowledge of commercial real estate practices, local property regulations, and basic financial concepts such as budgeting and rent reconciliations.

Solid organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple properties or tasks simultaneously.

Comfort working in office in Bangalore Urban and collaborating within a multi-disciplinary, growth-focused business group.
