Job Title: Telecaller Executive

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
Explain company products and services clearly.
Generate and qualify sales leads.
Schedule appointments or product demonstrations.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Fluency in English, Hindi, and/or the local language.
Positive listening and persuasion skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM).
Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Follow up with existing and potential customers.
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM or Excel.
Achieve daily,



weekly, and monthly calling targets.
Resolve customer queries or escalate them when necessary.
Prepare daily call and sales reports.

Qualifications
10+2 / Any Graduate.
Freshers are welcome.
Prior telecalling, customer support, or sales experience is an advantage.

Salary
upto 15000 per month (depending on experience)
