An experienced E-commerce Accountant with expertise in managing financial operations for online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms. Skilled in handling end-to-end accounting processes, including marketplace reconciliations, payout verification, commission accounting, shipping cost reconciliation, returns and refunds accounting, and GST compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
Reconcile sales, payouts, and settlements from e-commerce platforms.
Verify marketplace commissions, shipping charges, and other deductions.
Account for customer returns, refunds, cancellations, and replacements.
Perform reconciliation of orders with bank receipts and payment gateway settlements.
Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records for online sales transactions.
Monitor receivables and resolve discrepancies with marketplace support teams.
Generate financial reports, sales analysis, and reconciliation statements.




Ensure compliance with GST and other applicable tax regulations.
Coordinate with operations, logistics, and finance teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Maintain month-end and year-end closing activities related to e-commerce transactions.
