Key Responsibilities:
Plant Operations:
Monitor daily plant performance, energy generation, and system efficiency (PR, CUF, etc.).
Analyse SCADA data and initiate corrective actions for performance improvement.
Maintenance:
Implement preventive and corrective maintenance for solar PV modules, inverters, and transformers.
Minimize downtime through effective troubleshooting and repairs.
Inventory & Spares Management:
Ensure availability of critical spare parts and manage inventory for seamless operations.
HSE Compliance:
Enforce safety standards and environmental regulations during maintenance activities.
Conduct regular safety audits and training for the team.
Team & Vendor Management:
Supervise O&M; teams, ensuring skill development and performance.
Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers for technical support and contract compliance.
Reporting & Documentation:
Prepare performance reports and maintain records of all maintenance activities.
Provide regular updates to senior management.
Cost & Compliance:
Assist with O&M; budget management and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
