Need Minimum 1 year student counselling experience
Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert them into customers.
Asking questions to the students and understanding their specifications.
Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
Provide academic advising and course selection support to students
Handle both inbound and outbound calls and conduct regular follow-ups to gather and successfully close the leads
Identify skills, interests & career goals of the prospective students.
Regular follow up of leads

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Academic counselor,telecaller, or similar role (preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable listening skills and ability to handle objections.




Positive attitude and ability to work in a target-driven workplace.
A high level of self-motivation, commitment, and dedication

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,849.99 - ₹30,000.00 per month
