Key Responsibilities :
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain the company's products and services clearly.
Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Follow up with potential customers to close sales prospects.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-up activities in the Excel.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.
Maintain confidentiality of customer information.

Required Skills :
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Solid persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Active listening and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint).
Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
