Job Title:-Key Accounts Executive
Location :- Whitefield, Nallurhalli, Bangalore

Job Summary:-
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our team as Key Account Executives. The role involves supporting and managing relationships with vendors, sellers, and business partners on our B2C app. You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, product availability, order fulfillment, and partner satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:-
Maintain regular communication with assigned Channel partner.
Ensure product listings, pricing, and inventory are updated accurately.
Follow up with vendors regarding stock availability and order fulfillment.
Coordinate with Operations, Customer Support, and Procurement teams to resolve issues.
Monitor Channel partner performance and prepare daily and weekly reports.
Support promotional campaigns and product launches.
Handle partner queries and escalate issues when required.
Build and maintain positive relationships with Channel partner.

Required Skills:-




Good verbal and written communication skills.Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.Strong coordination and organizational skills.Willingness to learn and work in a rapid-paced workplace.Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.

Qualifications:-
Master's degree in Commerce, Master's Administration, Marketing, or any discipline.Freshers are welcome to apply.Internship or project experience in sales, customer support, or operations is an added advantage.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):-
Successful Channel partner onboarding.Accuracy of product listings.Channel partner response time.Issue resolution within timelines.Channel partner satisfaction.Support in achieving sales and order growth targets.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
