As a Pest Control Technician, you are an integral part of building and maintaining client relationships. You are required to provide the client with comfort, trust, and confidence by identifying pests and pest infestations or recommending a solution and treatment of the same.

Position Summary – Responsibilities:
Conduct interior and exterior inspections for residential customers




Identify pests, their infestations and points of entry.
Provide appropriate treatments for pests
Produce inspection and service reports for all work performed
Answer all customer inquiries in a qualified manner and recommend appropriate solutions to resolve customer concerns
Maintain excellent customer relationships

Qualifications:
Self-motivated and able to work with little supervision
A valid Driving License
Reliable and able to communicate with Support Managers and other co-workers
Someone who takes pride in their work
Ability to build on existing and recent customer relationships
Someone who is a quick thinker and enjoys problem-solving
An interest in Pest Control Services
