Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain the company's products/services clearly.
Follow up with interested candidates/customers.
Convert enquiries into successful leads.
Handle customer queries professionally.
Maintain accurate call records and update the CRM/database.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Coordinate with internal teams when required.
Eligibility
Qualification:
12th Pass / Any Degree.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Valuable communication skills in Tamil (Basic English preferred).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Excel).
Positive attitude with valuable convincing skills.
