We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Coordinator to manage day-to-day project activities, coordinate with internal teams and clients, and ensure projects are completed on time. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with internal teams and clients for smooth project execution.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project reports.
Schedule meetings and maintain MOM (Minutes of Meeting).
Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
Follow up with team members regarding pending tasks.
Maintain project documentation and records.
Escalate project risks and issues to the Project Manager.
Ensure effective communication between clients and project teams.
Support the Project Manager in planning and execution of projects.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Strong coordination and organizational skills.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Solid problem-solving and time-management skills.
Client handling and follow-up skills.
Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (BBA, BCA, MBA, Engineering, or equivalent preferred).
2–3years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Operations Coordinator, or similar role.
