Key Responsibilities:
Drive branch sales and achieve gold loan & business targets.
Manage branch operations while ensuring excellent customer service.
Ensure compliance, accurate gold appraisal, and secure asset management.
Lead the branch team, maintain portfolio quality, and control collections & NPAs.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
Experience in Gold Loan/NBFC/Banking operations.
Solid leadership, sales, and customer relationship skills.
