About Us

22Yards is a quick-growing sports-tech company operating premium cricket venues across Chennai, Bangalore and Coimbatore. We organize corporate cricket tournaments, employee engagement events, team outings, sports leagues and coaching programs.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and approach HR, Admin, CSR and Employee Engagement teams across Chennai.

· Schedule meetings and present 22Yards' corporate offerings.

· Acquire recent corporate clients for tournaments, employee engagement activities and sports events.

· Build and maintain a healthy B2B sales pipeline.

· Follow up and convert leads into paying customers.

· Coordinate with operations for successful event execution.

· Develop long-term relationships for repeat business.

· Achieve monthly partnership and revenue targets.

Requirements

· 2–5 years of B2B Sales / Corporate Sales / Business Development experience.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills.

· Willingness to travel for client meetings.





· Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

· Experience in corporate events, hospitality, SaaS or sports industry is an advantage.

Compensation

Fixed salary of ₹30,000–₹40,000 per month plus attractive performance incentives. Recommended incentive: Up to 5% of net revenue generated from recent corporate clients, payable after successful payment collection.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
