Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive with experience in IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for various IT positions.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for technical and non-technical IT roles.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Evaluate candidates based on technical skills, communication, and role fit.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Negotiate salary and facilitate offer rollouts.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.




Achieve individual hiring targets and recruitment KPIs.

Required Skills
Experience in IT recruitment and talent acquisition.
Solid understanding of IT technologies and technical roles.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and Boolean search.
Excellent sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.
Solid communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced, target-driven environment.
Good knowledge of ATS and MS Excel.
