Job Title: Office Boy

Reports To: Administration Manager / Office Manager

Job Summary

The Office Boy is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, assisting with office errands, handling refreshments, and supporting daily administrative activities to ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities
Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of office premises, meeting rooms, pantry, and common areas.
Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and document distribution.
Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and office supplies as required.
Assist in setting up meeting rooms before meetings.
Monitor and replenish pantry and office stationery supplies.
Support administrative staff with routine office tasks.
Receive and guide visitors courteously.
Ensure office equipment and furniture are arranged properly.
Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements




High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.
Basic reading and writing skills.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Honest, reliable, and punctual.
Physically fit and able to perform routine office tasks.
Ability to follow instructions and maintain confidentiality.

Salary: As per company policy and experience.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
