Job Summary

Akasa Finance Limited is looking for a dedicated and responsible Field Collection Executive to manage customer visits, collect overdue payments, and maintain healthy customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work independently in the field.

Key Responsibilities
Visit customers to collect overdue EMI/payments.
Follow up with customers for timely payment collections.
Maintain accurate records of collections and customer interactions.
Resolve customer queries related to payment and collections.
Achieve assigned collection targets within timelines.
Submit daily collection reports to the reporting manager.
Ensure compliance with company policies during field visits.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
