We are looking for an experienced and result-driven HR Manager with strong expertise in payroll management, team handling, and HR operations to join our growing organization.

Experience Required: 6+ Years
Role: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement and statutory compliance.
Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance oversight.
Oversee employee lifecycle management, including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and exit formalities.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
Handle attendance management, leave administration, and HR operations.
Drive employee engagement, retention, and performance management initiatives.
Develop and implement HR policies and process improvements.
Coordinate with finance and other departments for payroll reconciliation and HR reporting.
Support recruitment activities and workforce planning as required.
Maintain HRMS records and generate MIS reports for management review.

Requirements:




Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
6+ years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on payroll processing and team management.
Hands-on experience in payroll software/HRMS and statutory compliance.
Proven ability to lead and manage HR teams effectively.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll regulations, and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and HRMS tools.
