Responsible to maintain and preserve material in Stores Dept.
Set Processes in Stores dept. efficiently to save time, efforts and increased efficiency.
Inward management & GRN entries
Check the Material Inward Entries are timely and correctly.
Coordination with supplier, vendors & Transporter.
Material (stock) management in stores.
prepare a stock Statement.
Implement ss concept in store.
Identify and develop current suppliers/ vendors.
Make a comparative analysis of the quotes and finailze the best quote.
Prepare PO and send the same to the vendors/ suppliers.
Follow up with suppliers till material is received.
Make available regular and recurring material for smooth work flow.
Material procurement procedure.
Supplier & Vendor Management.
Vendor management in a Strtegic way.
Handling and Developing Purchase Team.
Ensure records are maintained under ISO requirements on MONTHLY basis.
