Role & responsibilities
Direct all property operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage (F&B;), Kitchen, Engineering, Human Resorces and Security.
Ensure the entire property maintains pristine cleanliness, safety standards, and compliance with local regulations.
Manage the annual operating budget, control labour costs, monitor F & B food costs, and maximize profitability across all departments.
Review guest feedback (online reviews, internal surveys) and systematically address any service gaps to continuously elevate satisfaction scores.

Education :

3 or 4 year Hotel Management degree from a recognized institute.

Preferred candidate profile
10+ years of successful experience as a General Manager, Assistant General Manager,



or Director of F & B in a full-service hotel workplace.
Robust operational knowledge of high-volume restaurant and banquet/catering operations is highly preferred.
