The Senior Customer Relations Executive is responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling patient queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Greet and assist patients and visitors.
Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
Handle customer complaints politely and resolve them quickly.
Coordinate with doctors and other departments to meet patient needs.
Follow up with patients regarding appointments and feedback.
Maintain customer records and prepare basic reports.
Guide and support junior Customer Relations Executives.
Ensure a positive experience for every patient.
Qualification And Requirements
Bachelor's degree Or Plustwo.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Relations or Customer Service.
Healthcare or hospital experience is preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
