Role Overview
Felix Hospital is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Marketing (Corporate Tie-ups) to drive corporate partnerships and institutional collaborations. The role focuses on building long-term relationships with corporates, insurance companies, and TPAs to enhance business growth and brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard new corporate clients, TPAs, and insurance partners
Develop and maintain solid relationships with HRs, admin teams, and decision-makers
Plan and execute corporate engagement activities (health camps, wellness programs, OPD/IPD tie-ups)
Drive revenue growth through corporate accounts
Negotiate and finalize tie-up agreements and service contracts
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery for corporate clients
Track performance, maintain database, and generate MIS reports
Conduct market research and identify current business opportunities
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
3–7 years of experience in hospital marketing/corporate tie-ups
Robust network with corporates, TPAs, and insurance companies
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Target-driven with a proactive approach
