Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Staff Nurse to provide exceptional patient care and oversee nursing operations. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring clinical excellence, mentoring nursing staff, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver effective and patient-centered care.
Eligibility Criteria
Education: B.Sc Nursing / GNM / Diploma in Nursing (Required)
Experience: 5 – 7 years (Mandatory)
Location Preference: Candidates based in Kozhikode preferred
Certifications:
Valid Indian Nursing Council Registration (Required)
Driving License (Required)
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Duties
Conduct skilled nursing visits and comprehensive patient assessments
Develop and implement individualized care plans
Deliver high-quality nursing care in line with established protocols
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records
Supervision & Leadership
Perform supervision visits as per schedule
Mentor, guide, and support junior nursing staff
Conduct on-the-job training and scheduled teaching sessions
Coordination & Communication
Coordinate with Customer Care, Logistics,
and Finance teams to resolve service issues
Communicate effectively with patients and families before and after visits
Participate in daily team meetings and provide patient care updates
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain daily activity logs and supervision records
Submit regular reports to the Nursing Supervisor
Update patient data in the CET application system
Operational Excellence
Ensure adherence to nursing standards and protocols
Identify gaps in care delivery and recommend improvements
Present at least one clinical or operational improvement plan in monthly meetings
Additional Responsibilities
Handle personal care assignments as required
Ensure timely preparation and submission of reports
Maintain high standards of hygiene and patient safety
