Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The role requires identifying current business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting the senior management team in driving growth.

Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients who require IT services such as software development, web development, or technical solutions.
Generate leads through online research, LinkedIn, email outreach, and other platforms.
Communicate with potential clients to understand their business requirements.
Assist in preparing proposals and coordinating with the technical team.
Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and support the conversion process.
Maintain records of leads and client interactions in CRM or tracking sheets.

Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (Freshers are encouraged to apply).




Interest in business development, client communication, and IT services.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
Comfortable with flexible timings.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online communication platforms (Zoom/Google Meet/MS Teams).
