JD – Senior Architect
Should have 2 years of work experience
Communicate & collaborate with clients and team members to develop project
requirements and design specifications
Ability to handle projects along with site visits and inspections
Proficient in Auto Cad & Sketch Up
Bachelor's degree in architecture
Consider sustainability and energy efficiency in material selection
Collaborate with structural engineers, MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) consultants, and other specialists to integrate their input into the design
Assist in the preparation of construction documents, including plans, sections, elevations, and details
Attend site meetings and provide clarification on design intent
Participate in design presentations to clients and project teams
Stay informed about current trends, technologies, and advancements in architecture
