Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader – Tele Sales to lead our DSA Loan Sales team. The ideal candidate should have robust leadership skills and experience in banking or financial services.

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of Tele Sales Executives.
Assign daily targets and monitor team performance.
Drive loan sales through the DSA channel.
Coach, train, and motivate team members.
Monitor call quality and improve team productivity.
Coordinate with operations for smooth loan processing.
Prepare MIS reports and ensure target achievement.

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Tele Sales, with team handling experience.
Good knowledge of loan products and the DSA model.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
