Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Hotel Manager to oversee daily hotel operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, manage staff performance, and maintain profitability. The ideal candidate should possess robust leadership, operational, and communication skills with a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and handle customer complaints professionally.
Supervise, train, and motivate hotel staff.
Monitor budgets, expenses, and revenue performance.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations.
Maintain quality standards for cleanliness, service, and facilities.
Prepare operational and financial reports for management.
Support marketing and promotional activities to increase occupancy and revenue.

Required Qualifications




Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in hotel operations or hospitality management.
Solid leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of hotel management software/PMS systems.
Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Hotel The Majestic Grand, Dariya, Opp. to Chandigarh Railway station.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
