Job Description

Techflux Solutions is looking for a skilled MERN Stack Developer with hands-on experience in Next.js to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have experience building scalable web applications, REST APIs, and responsive user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
Build high-performance, SEO-friendly applications using Next.js.
Design and integrate RESTful APIs.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers and cross-functional teams.
Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
Debug, optimize, and improve application performance.
Use Git for version control and team collaboration.

Required Skills
1–2 years of experience in MERN Stack development.
Solid knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
Hands-on experience with Next.js (SSR, SSG,



Routing, API Routes).
Experience with HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap/Tailwind CSS.
Knowledge of REST APIs and third-party API integration.
Familiarity with Git/GitHub.
Basic understanding of authentication (JWT/OAuth) and deployment.

Preferred Skills
Experience with TypeScript.
Knowledge of Redux/Context API.
Familiarity with AWS, Vercel, or DigitalOcean deployments.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
Immediate joiners and Nashik candidates preferred.
