Job Description:
We are hiring a Lead Generation & Performance Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads. The candidate will be responsible for generating quality leads, managing paid ad campaigns, and optimizing performance to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through Meta Ads, Google Ads, and online channels
Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns
Manage targeting, keywords, ad copies, and budgets
Track and improve CPL, CTR, and conversions
Maintain lead data and coordinate with the sales team
Prepare basic performance reports
Required Skills:
Minimum 1 year experience in lead generation and paid ads
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
Knowledge of GA4, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking
Positive communication and analytical skills
Preferred:
Experience in IT services or digital marketing agencies
Salary: As per experience
Working Days: 5 Days
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
