Role Title: Executive – Embryology Procurement & Project

Location: Udaipur

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with laboratory teams on supply chain management, including:
Tracking material shipments
Monitoring deliveries and timelines
Ensuring the timely GRN of the Invoices into the system.
Liaise with the Biomedical Engineering team for:
Preventive maintenance (PM) and breakdown maintenance closures
Tracking and closure of Purchase Orders (POs) and invoices related to maintenance activities
Collect data from multiple internal systems and consolidate it into structured formats for:
Centralized data management
Reporting and operational tracking
Handle vendor invoice processing, payment follow‑ups, and ledger reconciliation, including:
Payment status tracking
Ledger verification and calculations
Coordination with Finance and Accounts teams
Track open POs, pending invoices, advances, and ensure timely closures.
Ensure qualified and timely email communication with internal stakeholders and external vendors.




Coordinate effectively with cross‑functional teams, including Procurement, Lab Operations, Biomedical, Finance, and external partners.
Should be able to raise the PO as per the rate contract, Invoice GRN, and approvals into the system.

Skill & Competency Requirements
Strong working knowledge of Advanced MS Excel (pivot tables, lookups, trackers, data analysis).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, aligned with corporate standards.
Strong people coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Detail‑oriented with solid follow‑up and documentation discipline.
Proven capability in payment follow‑up and ledger calculations.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
