We're Hiring: Field IT Support Engineer , Freshers and Experienced

Location: Palakkad

Full-Time | Immediate Joiners Preferred

Are you passionate about troubleshooting, networking, and helping users stay connected? We’re looking for a Field IT Support Engineer to join our agile team and provide on-site technical support for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide on-site support for hardware (desktops, laptops, printers ,firewall, peripherals) and software issues of banks and societies.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.
Respond to service requests and incidents, ensuring timely resolution.
Coordinate with remote teams for escalation and issue tracking.
Perform preventive maintenance and system health checks.
Maintain documentation for technical issues and solutions.
Travel to client sites (local/regional).

Skills & Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT,



or a related field.
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, basic networking (LAN, WAN, IP), and hardware troubleshooting.
Experience with antivirus, MS Office, email configuration, and ticketing systems.
Positive communication skills and customer handling abilities.
Two-wheeler with a valid driving license (preferred for field visits).
