Responsible for managing accounting transactions, financial reporting, statutory compliance, vendor payments, receivables, taxation, and audit support in an API pharmaceutical manufacturing workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Prepare journal entries, ledger reconciliations, and monthly closing activities.
Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and budget analysis.
Monitor inventory accounting and manufacturing cost records.
Perform bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring.
Support internal, statutory, and tax audits.
Coordinate with vendors, customers, banks, and regulatory authorities.
Qualification:
B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance).
Experience:
10–12 years in Accounts & Finance, preferably in API/Pharmaceutical Manufacturing.
Skills:
GST & Taxation knowledge.
ERP/Tally/Focus proficiency.
Advanced MS Excel.
Financial analysis and reporting.
Positive communication and analytical skills.
