Design and develop custom automation machines for medical device manufacturing.
Design mechanical assemblies, fixtures, jigs, tooling, and precision motion systems.
Select and integrate motors, gearboxes, linear actuators, bearings, and transmission components.
Design electrical control panels, wiring layouts, and power distribution systems.
Select and integrate sensors (proximity, photoelectric, pressure, force, temperature, vision, etc.).
Develop PLC and HMI programs for machine control.
Integrate servo motors, stepper motors, VFDs, and pneumatic systems.
Develop machine sequences, interlocks, and safety logic.
Perform machine commissioning, debugging, and performance optimization.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement design improvements.
Prepare manufacturing drawings, BOMs, electrical schematics, and technical documentation.
Work with suppliers for component selection and machine fabrication.
Support machine validation, FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), SAT (Site Acceptance Test), and installation

Pay: ₹15,282.38 - ₹18,022.90 per month
