Position - Customer Care Executive

Location: City Light Area, the Lenora, Surat
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Job Type: Full-time (Work from Office)

Job Overview

We are looking for a polite, confident, and customer-friendly Telecaller for a matrimonial services company. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and a professional approach to handle client interactions and generate leads effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls and handle inbound customer inquiries
Explain matrimonial services and membership packages to potential clients
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into clients
Assist customers in profile creation and matchmaking process
Maintain and update customer database regularly
Maintain daily call records and reports
Build and maintain positive client relationships

Required Skills




Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Polite and professional behavior
Solid convincing and negotiation skills
Basic computer knowledge
Fluency in Hindi and basic English

Experience Required
1–2 years of experience in telecalling/Voice process service preferred
Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply

Additional Requirements
Candidate should be comfortable working in City Light, Surat
Immediate joiners will be preferred
