Plan and implement sales strategies to increase market share and profitability.
Lead, train and motive the sales team to deliver the high performance.
Monitor enquiry management, lead conversion and customer satisfication.
Review daily, weekly and monthly sales report and take corrective actions.
Build robust relationships with key customers, financiers and corporate clients.
Ensure adherence to dealership processes and documentation standards.
Colleborate with the marketing team for promotions and local events.
Ensure timely billing, delivery and collection of payments.
Maintain showroom standards and staff discipline.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
