We are looking for a skilled, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Bartender to create exceptional beverage experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, spirits, and bar operations while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, service, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to Skyfall standards.
Create classic and signature cocktails with consistency and quality.
Interact with guests professionally and recommend beverages based on their preferences.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of the bar at all times.
Ensure all bar equipment is cleaned,
maintained, and functioning properly.
Monitor stock levels and inform management about inventory requirements.
Follow standard recipes and portion control to minimize wastage.
Verify guest age where required and ensure responsible alcohol service.
Handle cash, POS transactions, and billing accurately when assigned.
Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for smooth operations.
Follow all health, safety, and company SOPs.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
