Area Sales Manager (ASM) - Jammu & Kashmir

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead our sales operations in the Jammu & Kashmir region. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding market share, and managing a team of sales professionals and a robust distribution network within the assigned territory. This role requires a solid understanding of local market dynamics, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales management.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the Jammu & Kashmir region.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives and representatives, ensuring their continuous development and high performance.
Identify and onboard recent distributors and retailers, strengthening the company's presence and reach across the territory.
Manage existing distributor relationships, ensuring optimal stock levels, timely payments,



and effective market penetration.
Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities, identify new business opportunities, and gather market intelligence.
Analyze sales data, prepare detailed reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities, and present findings to senior management.
Oversee the execution of marketing and promotional activities in the territory to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
Ensure productive supply chain management and product availability across all sales points.
Handle customer grievances and feedback effectively to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Forecast sales volumes and plan inventory requirements in coordination with the supply chain team.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales operations.
