Our quick-paced company is seeking a skilled IT Systems Administrator to join our IT department and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and security of our critical IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for maintaining a reliable network environment, managing user accounts, and troubleshooting technical issues to keep our systems running efficiently. Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain servers, desktops, laptops, and network devices.
Implement and manage system security measures, including firewalls, user access controls, and data backups.
Monitor system performance and identify potential problems before they occur.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues to minimize downtime and ensure user productivity.
Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as applying software updates and patching vulnerabilities.
Manage user accounts and permissions, ensuring data security and access control.
Document technical procedures and maintain accurate system documentation.
Assist end-users with technical problems and provide basic IT support.
Stay up-to-date on the latest IT trends and technologies.
Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a system administration role.
Strong understanding of network protocols, operating systems (Windows, Linux), and virtualization technologies.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with users and colleagues.
