Cindrebay is looking for creatively-endowed & artistic animation specialists/motion designers with proven expertise in animation techniques & software. An ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent skills in visual framing, 2D/3D, & other related disciplines with a solid focus on aligning with our brand values & keeping up with the upcoming trends in this field.

Required skills
Degree/Certificate in computer graphics, animation, graphic design, illustration, & fine arts is a must (related fields can also be considered)
Candidates with proven track record/experience/proficiency in popular animation software & platforms will be given higher priority.
A solid & diverse portfolio that showcases skills & creativity
Robust communication skills - written & verbal along with interpersonal skills & presentation skills





Job responsibilities
Building from scratch storyboards, mood boards, scripts, & narratives that showcase the brand values.
Sketchwork, art, & illustration in 2D medium required for motion design.
Creating the timing and speed of the movements of a character or object as per the sequence of video, ensuring they create a seamless flow with the story & the audio.
Implementing work through technical software packages, such as Flash, 3ds Max, Maya, LightWave, Softimage and Cinema 4D.
