Outlet Manager / F&B; Manager – Rasam Podi (Mumbai)

Rasam Podi is looking for a hands-on Outlet Manager to oversee daily operations and lead our team.

Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day outlet operations.
Lead and supervise service and kitchen staff.
Ensure excellent customer service and smooth operations.
Act on behalf of the owner when required.
Report operational issues and provide solutions.
Handle staff scheduling, attendance, and performance.
Manage inventory, vendor coordination, and stock control.
Oversee cash handling, daily sales reports, and basic accounts.

Ideal Candidate:
3+ years of experience in restaurant, café, or QSR management.
Solid leadership and communication skills.
Valuable understanding of operations, inventory, and basic accounting.
Responsible, proactive, and capable of working independently.
Someone who takes ownership and treats the business as their own.

Location: Mumbai
