Jassim Alshehab Designing and Consulting Pvt Ltd is a 3D architectural visualization studio based in Bangalore. Since 2014, we’ve been serving an esteemed client in Kuwait with cutting-edge visualizations for high-profile architectural and interior projects. We are now expanding and looking for a detail-driven, creative 3D Visualizer to join our passionate team.
Key Responsibilities
This is a full time on-site role for a 3D Visualizer with over 3 years of experience.Office is located at Indranagar, Bangalore. The successful candidate will be based in Bengaluru. The 3D Visualizer roles as follows:
Collaborate with the architectural team to develop 3D models and visuals for commercial and residential projects.
Interpret CAD drawings and mood board that explain the space finishes references to create realistic interiors and exteriors.
Model and render architectural scenes (interior/exterior) based on drawings and briefs.
Produce still images and animations (if required)
Work with Photoshop and other tools for post-production.
Collaborate with the team and manage revisions efficiently.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in 3D Visualization (with no employment gaps).
Proficiency in 3ds Max for modeling and rendering.
Strong grasp of render engines like V-Ray and Corona.
Proven ability to model with precision and speed, especially in parametric and patterned designs.
Demonstrated experience in architectural/interior visualization.
Proficiency in Photoshop for post-production and a valuable understanding of lighting,color theory and photographic composition.
Excellent attention to detail and time management.
Degree in Architectural Visualization, 3D Design, or a related discipline.
Bonus Points
Experience with D5 Render, Lumion, Vantage, Unity, or Unreal Engine.
Animation and real-time visualization capabilities.
