Key Responsibilities
Carry out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical panels, motors, drives, control circuits, and power distribution systems.
Maintain LT panels, MCCs, VFDs, PLC-based systems, and electrical utilities.
Ensure smooth operation of production machines by minimizing electrical downtime.
Perform routine inspection and maintenance of DG sets, compressors, transformers, and other utilities.
Monitor electrical consumption and support energy-saving initiatives.
Maintain maintenance logs, checklists, and equipment history records.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, statutory regulations, and company safety policies.
Coordinate with production and engineering teams for planned maintenance activities.
Support installation, commissioning, and modification of recent machines and equipment.
