Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal operation.
Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge base for future reference.
Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
Skilled & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to meet business needs.
Familiarity with APIs and integration techniques within ServiceNow environments.
Ability to use low-code platforms and tools to develop and deploy solutions efficiently.
Robust problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and optimize application performance.
Understanding of release management processes and system stability best practices.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow.
This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
