Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management
Oversee day-to-day operations of facility management & security services.
Ensure smooth functioning of housekeeping, security, technical, and support staff.
Monitor site performance and ensure SLA compliance.
Conduct regular site visits and audits.
Client Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
Handle client escalations and resolve operational issues promptly.
Ensure high client satisfaction and contract retention.
Attend client review meetings and submit performance reports.
Manpower Management
Plan workforce deployment as per contract requirements.
Supervise site supervisors and ensure proper staff attendance.
Coordinate recruitment for operational staff.
Manage training, discipline, and performance evaluation.
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labor laws, safety norms).
Maintain all operational records and documentation.
Ensure proper uniform, ID cards, and site registers are maintained.
Financial & Cost Control
Monitor operational budgets and control expenses.
Ensure billing coordination with accounts team.
Optimize manpower utilization to reduce cost leakage.
Quality & Safety
Implement quality control measures.
Conduct safety drills and ensure adherence to safety standards.
Maintain cleanliness and service quality as per industry standards.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
