Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Finishing Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in interior finishing works for villa projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising and executing high-quality interior finishing activities, ensuring work is completed as per project specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor all interior finishing activities at villa projects.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors for smooth project execution.
Ensure finishing works such as flooring, painting, false ceiling, tiling, carpentry, modular kitchens, wardrobes, and other interior works are completed as per approved drawings and quality standards.
Conduct regular site inspections and maintain quality control.
Ensure work is completed within the planned schedule.




Resolve site execution issues and coordinate with the project team.
Verify measurements and monitor material usage.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Prepare daily progress reports and update project status.

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of interior finishing works.
Experience in villa interior projects is mandatory.
Ability to read construction and interior drawings.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Knowledge of quality standards and finishing materials.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting.

Qualification
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Preferred Candidate Profile
2–3 years of experience in interior finishing for villa projects.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Willing to work at the Medchal location.

Salary

As per industry standards and candidate experience.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
