Building applicant pools through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and social media.
Reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone/video interviews, and evaluating candidate skills and qualifications.
Coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers, and managing the offer process.
Ensure Statutory Compliance through coordination with Units & HR Ops.
Liasoning with required statutory authorities or as directed
Responding to various Notices from Authorities ensuring closure on the gaps
Analysis of trends in Compliance and devise corresponding action plan
Work independently on certain Disciplinary processes which are laid down and also do periodic checks to ensure employee risk mitigation.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
